1. Eligibility: You may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process: Upon receiving Your refund request, we will review it within 14 business days. If approved, You will be notified, and the refund will be processed through Your original payment method. Please allow and extra 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in Your account, depending on Your payment provider.
4. Limitations: Only one refund request per user will be granted. Users who have received a refund and re-enroll in the course will not qualify for additional refunds.
